Jogging Noob!
I never thought that i would be waking up in the wee of the morning just to Jog..
I wana lose weight and someone told me that i can do that by jogging. So i tried it and all i can say i that it's frigging exhausting
but it also makes you feel good.
i thought my lungs was about to burst!
Tsk, i should have not smoked through the years.
Hmm.. what food should i eat? i mean after jogging?
i have no idea if i'm doing the right moves or what :P
Tips anyone?
